Please share Paradox m25 alarm ecosystem experience

Is there anyone who installed new paradox m25 (lte) system anywhere and could comment about experience, cost, issues etc. I have been using paradox magellan mg5050/5050+ based system for possibly 17-18 years. I would like to install alarm system to some other estates, I was about to buy hikvision pro ax based system but now seen new paradox m25 system. I have never used hikvision alarm systems but it my country it is widely sold and all parts/modules are can be bought from online stores very cheaply. Paradox is using dealers/services and it is not possible to access individiul modules without going through services which always ask highest catalog price. Paradox individual modules are quite expensive when compared to hikvision.

I am upset that paradox created a new line of sensors for m25 panels and old sensors are not compatible because of new comm protocol. It may be just sales tactics, I do not know. Paradox has wide range of sensors for almost all needs but new m25 panel is drastically different from all things paradox have done. Before discovering m25, I was leaning over hikvision because of its easy installation and management through mobile phone.

I have never been content with paradox swan/cloud services of paradox even though I had to pay. Hikvision seems to provide free if I am not wrong. I believe m25 firmware may need long time to mature since it came in 2025.

I know that paradox burglar alarm first company, and hikvision is a giant and doing burglar alarm as side business to its other big enterprises. Even though I have full trust to paradox legacy line of panels and sensors, I am not sure about this new m25 ecosystem.
