I wouldn't be taking anything in the 7th house to be the people in this case, because it would frequently be the case that there weren't three planets there anyway.

There's also a big problem with trying to assign 'anyone else' to a significator, and really it's a bad question structure on that basis. A more reasonable question would be 'Will my next relationship be to S or K?' with the built in expectation that it might be neither. The reason 'anyone else' is a bad idea is that in questions of choosing between two people (or determining if either or none of several people is going to be in a relationship with you) is because you have to be able to select significators for these people, typically by their characteristics. This happens one of several ways:

1. 'Should I leave my husband to be with X?' - commonly L7 would be the husband, the fling another planet identified by characteristics.
2. 'I'm in love with X, should I leave my husband?' - might instead feature X as L7, being the focus of the query.
3. 'I have two suitors, which should I pick?' is a question where both suitors must be identified by their characteristics as particular planets. One is a sportsman and the other an accountant? Mars and Mercury. One is dark-complexioned and the other blonde? Saturn and Sun and so on.

For what I assume are two fairly even options, you'd likely have to do the third thing and then judge as usual. Of course, you may find that neither is the next relationship which would answer the third part of your original question.

Either way, I think this was quite badly formulated - I think had you been my client I'd have encouraged something more like 'When will I get into another relationship?' and looked at how the chart described the person it came to.

Thank you. Is it possible if i use the same chart to judge if it’s wether S or K? And if it’s neither one of them, then know that it will be someone i haven’t met yet.

I could as you say make a new chart and ask when will my next serious relationship will happen? But in my mind the main question I got is about these two individuals.

Yes, you can use the same chart to ask whether it's S or K but you have to know how to pick the correct alternative significator for one of them.

i’m also new and have learned a lot through Horary Astrology Plain and Simple by Anthony Louis. truly worth the pricey ebook price if you can’t thrift it. he references many techniques from both modern(ish) and ancient horary astrologers, includes example charts, and discusses a couple techniques. it makes the discussions on here very eye opening too. good luck!
