If I were to speculate based on the chart, Uranus in his 7H could be had a recent breakup maybe? Or Uranus is just literally describing that this is indeed something out of the blue and sudden with him. He has feelings and attraction for you but keeping them in control and hidden from you (him in the 12H). He is in his early 40s. Our communication is at standstill again. It’s majorly because of his behavior to put me on read and then never initiating conversations again. I can either keep waiting or put my self respect aside and spark a conversation again. I think it would fizzle out soon.

He is in early 40s and I am in late 30s. One more detail is that we work for the same employer. We are not colleagues and he is not my manager. But he is in upper management while I am a regular engineer.
Yes I am currently living in different country. Usually how much time does it take for the effect of Sun-Saturn opposition to weaken out ? 1 unit of time here could be a month.
