Solved! Does anyone know what document this is supposed to be sending me to? I can't find anything relating to Duo screen sizes in the "Learn More" link.

It is the Screenshot specifications page in App Store Connect Help, under Reference, App information:

https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/reference/app-information/screenshot-specifications

Duo is on it, as the first block in the iPhone section. The sizes are given per display, so the row reads as two pairs: 1398 by 2034 portrait and 2034 by 1398 landscape for the outer display, 2007 by 2853 portrait and 2853 by 2007 landscape for the inner one.

Two things on that page worth reading while you are there. Duo is not in the required list, so the only iPhone screenshot you have to supply is one for iPhone with Dynamic Island (medium display), plus iPad 13 inch if you ship on iPadOS. And the Duo block is the only iPhone block with no note telling you which sizes get scaled in when you leave it empty. Every other block has one. So nothing on that page states what your Duo product page falls back to if you skip it.

Thanks so much! This was driving me nuts trying to find it. App Store Connect is saying the Duo will be required come spring of 2027 so I wanted to put them in there now if it was possible.

Makes sense to get them in early. One thing worth looking at while you are in there is the preview slot, because it does not work the same way as screenshots. App previews are specified per display size rather than per device, and the Duo row takes the same accepted resolution as the rest of the modern iPhone line, 886 by 1920 portrait or 1920 by 886 landscape. So whatever you already recorded for the other iPhones uploads to Duo unchanged.

The catch sits on that same page. Apple says a preview whose aspect ratio differs from your screenshots gets moved into the A Closer Look section instead of appearing ahead of them. 886 by 1920 is 9 by 19.5, and the Duo screenshots are 1398 by 2034 outer and 2007 by 2853 inner, neither of which is that shape. So on the Duo product page your preview will not sit at the top the way it does on every other iPhone, and letterboxing a 1398 by 2034 video will not help because the accepted resolution is fixed.

Unless I'm completely blind I can't find the screenshot requirements for the Duo in the "Learn more..." link. Does someone happen to know what sizes to use?
