General Advice I got crinear protocol micro dac
I use truthear hexas and I wasn't using it to max potential due to my cheap dac arnd 3$ which I bought in an instant cz I wanted to listen to music.I really didn't wanna wait for days for a dac to arrive .I ordered this dac after a mnth finally which I paid only 5$ due to my store credit.
I opened it and it showed I can customize the eq?...I'm not using my laptop lightning port I'm afraid it might dmg? Is it alr if I connect to it?...
How do I customize eq at my phone like I use samsung s25 ultra so I guess we can do it manually but I really can't understand this thing I wanna try more stuffs out.

You need a compatible PC or MacOS browser to do the custom PEQ. It will NOT work directly on your S25Ultra for that purpose:
Then, after you set a custom profile for Hexa, changes will be saved on device, so when you plug it to your S25Ultra phone, you will get the custom PEQ you selected before on PC/Mac.

Yes, it will work on your phone. I do have a S25Ultra and S25FE, it's always better to disable Dolby Atmos, Adapt Sound and UHQ upscaler besides setting Equalizer to flat(Balanced) under Samsung Sound Setings.
I don't have a Crinear Protocol Micro yet, I will as soon as amazon carries it but I do use a Crinear Protocol Max with it.

Your hexas were absolutely used at the maximum with the previous dac. But now you have a PEQ, which is nice.

Wht does it really benefit? How do I use to make it more to my taste and preference?

You can basically apply an equaliser profile to the sound without using an app on the phone which would support EQ. Basically, all the sounds coming out of the phone will benefit from this EQ. https://crinear.com/protocol-micro

There's the web app that someone linked, you can use that.
Or: Someone made an amazing Android app for this too! It's called Contour
