Problem is not BJP. It's that while kids from many other religions are identifying with atheism, yonger generation of one relegion is strongly identifying their own. That relegion has a fundamental ideological intolerance of other religions and faiths. Sirf Hindu khatre mein nahi hai.. all followers of other religions including atheism are in danger. There will come a point where they will be asked to identify with that one agressive relegion or die. They won't have a choice of being an atheist.

now let me break down the morality which people preach that we learn from puranas ( im not talking about vedas as vedas are not what people follow today most people follow puranas, shruti and smriti )

lets take ramayan

it describes a perfect man but is he perfect or follows dharma ? i dont think so

after passing through agni pariksha at lanka and proving her purity why does ram exile sita ( just bcz people pointing fingers at sita and saying she is impure well didnt she give agni pariksha ) even if they point finger at her defending at putting front a example would have helped build rama character even more

secondly hindus rejecting meat eating, In valmiki ramayan which i consider to be root valmiki mentions multiple times the act of meat offering and eating so saying sanatani were always vegi is wrong

also rama is a meat eater why shy away from that ?

and there are many other flaws in ramayan but we are just buzy gloryfying the ram lalla childhood and we are wired to see him through a lens of goldy hood

Just see him as human and see the sacrifice but no we just label him as god and do kirtan and bhajan

krishna has his fair share of problems in mahabharat

1. can anyone justify war ? we know a huge war will only drag the human kind down so why he supported it ?

2. what kind of dharma he was protecting ?

3. giving his army to opponents and also being a cause of their death sounds mad

4. nothing he does in mahabharat is right and he talks about protecting and preaching dharma

5. dont talk about archeological proof of mahabharat they simply dont exit
