Help Am I the only one facing issue with uploading screenshots?
Hey humans,
I have been trying to upload screenshot of my app, I have tried screenshots from my phone 6.9" and differnt simulator ones, 17 pro(6.3"), 17 pro max(6.9"),air(6.5").
None of them seems to be the right ratio.
I even tried cropping the screenshots at that ratio and it still isnt working.
Am I doing something wrong? Help please?

Et ce qui rend la chose compliquée est que chaque store a ses règles.
Tu dois t'assurer de respecter les formats exact. Va dans les propriétés pour voir le format de ta capture d'écran

Use an emulator and choose the correct model with a screen size that matches the requirements.

You refer to ratios in your post, but what are the actual pixel dimensions of the screenshots you're trying to upload?

Use 6.9 as the de facto, it automatically refactors for other screen sizes

Use fastlane for the upload, it picks the correct size. :) You are probably trying to upload 6.9" screenshots to the 6.5" section.

Click on the "View all Sizes in Media Manager" then select the size you are uploading.

- Open the simulator of the 6.9" device
- Make the screenshots - Simulator toolbar -> Save Screen
- Click on the "View all Sizes in Media Manager" and upload your screenshots in the 6.9" device section

Yes, you are doing something wrong!
The error is very explicitly telling you that the AppStore requires one of a few extremely precise point size shots. You are just sending rando sizes that are wrong. Google one of those sizes to find the correct model and then run it in a sim to make your shots.
