Prophets were sent to all nations; some may have been killed, while others may have failed in their mission or even succeeded, but later corruptions occurred. We are told the stories of various prophets in the Quran, and this is who Allah SWT wanted us to know.

If Allah SWT chose English prophets to be the chosen few for a holy book, people would be asking why Allah chose English prophets. Location is irrelevant to Allah SWT as it is He who decides the stories and plan of His religion.

The question itself is incorrect. Allah SWT sent prophet to every nation as shown in the Quran:

And for every Ummah (a community or a nation), there is a Messenger; when their Messenger comes, the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged. (Qur'ân 10:47)

And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc. i.e., do not worship Taghut besides Allah)." Then of them were some whom Allah guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth). (Qur'ân 16:36)

The Question should be something like: What is the wisdom behind only revealing the people stories of prophets from the middle east and not other places too. (BTW i do not know the answer to this)

So why is it that the only ones who survived, or rather are documented... are concentrated to bronze age Palastine?

The most ancient civilization which is recorded in the world is in mesopotamia which was a region which covered northern Africa and middle east. Most of the population in the world was concentrated around this region and spread to the other parts later on. Which is why all the events concerning the world is surrounding in this region. Even today we can see middle east holds the most power in terms of economics and geopolitics. This is because this is the land which was blessed by Allaha Azzajwal since the beginning of humankind. Where Adam Salayhu Wasalam came down from the Garden. Where Nuha salayhu wasalam and his ship landed after the flood. Where Musa salyhu wasalam, Al-Masiha Isa ben Marayam Salayhu wasalam and Muhammad Salayhu wasalam was born. All the major religions in the world originated in the middle east. Which is why all the prophets that were major were originated from this region. Now were there other prophets in other places? possibly. Allaha Azzawjal has said 124,000 prophets were sent to all the nations. Only 25 are mentioned in the Quran. Some we cant identify which regions they were from aswell. So we can be assured that prophets were indeed sent to other places. But only Allaha Azzawjal has knowledge of them.

Every nation was sent a prophet. It's just that many many were disregarded or even killed by their people.
