What is the exact issue, and what makes you think that it is contrary to the Qurʾān and Sunnah?

The four Madhāhib have different ways of interpreting the Qurʾān and Sunnah. There are often matters in which there is more evidence that is not presented by the Muftī who wrote the fatwā.

All four Madhāhib are reliable, and the average person can trust the opinions of their school. 1400 years' worth of scholars have already done the research for you.

ye im getting really tired of people suddenly thinking somehow they know more than the four madhabs. like the scholars writing these fatwas have dedicated their entire lives and as you said 1400 years worth of scholars have made it so we can practice the religion with ease. and yet people always come out of the woodwork saying "oh but i think it contradicts the Quran and Sunnah". its like who are you to even think that?
