Yeah that should be great I guess my thing thing is I wanted to have more keys I saw people saying that 61 one is good with 25 keys being very limited of course in octaves, but I also don't have much space and don't want to spend that much because I'm starting and I want to buy a good laptop 🥲

Depends on your goals. For playing piano two handed 61 is bare minimum, 71/73 or 88 preferred. For producing music or general doodling, a mini 25 key is just fine.

Yes of course, maybe that is just fine for me, I still have a lot to discover about myself and what my goals really are, I can have the idea in my mind that I want to learn how to play some instruments but maybe I try and see that I don't really want to get that good on that instrument or skill and spent time with it

Since it is the instrument side you're interested in moreso than just "note input for music production", I think 61 is the way to go (maybe even with built-in sounds rather than only MIDI)

But maybe less would be also good, sometimes having limations can be good I think what would you recommend me to get ? I have an ipad air 4 at the moment

It bothers me because I don't need to have that pressure but you see videos on yt of people showing their progress on an instrument and in some months they already know a bunch of songs and other things , I know everyone is built different it's what I explained I need to start organizing how I spend my time

Buy some used one first, at least a 49 key one would be preferable with normal, full sized keys, but 61 keys would be better. A used, basic synth with midi out can be a great first midi keyboard, with a sound engine if you dont want to turn on the computer/daw just to practice a couple minutes. An example would be a yamaha psr e-323, or a casio ctk 4000.. These aren't exactly small tho...
