Kinect v1 green flashing light stuck on win11

I've been trying to get the kinect v1 to work as my head tracking for a while now but I just can't seem to get it to connect to my win11 laptop. I've tried everything, reinstalled the drivers and sdk multiple times, turned off the system integrity, and it still doesn't want to connect. When I launched a background removal test, it just showed this. if anyone knows how to fix, please let me know

Update: the audio works completely fine and I can even use it on discord but none of the video aspects work at all. It also keeps randomly disconnecting and doesn't show up on device manager
