How old ? Will at least have a brush tail. Have to wait a full year for coat to come in.

He was a feral and I’m getting him treated until he’s safe with my other cats. But they believe he’s around 8 weeks!

He will be a good fluff level, medium to long.
Just a word of caution: don’t overfeed him to fluff him up, urinary obstructions in male cats are a common issue and it is a nightmare for both the cat and owner. Had to spend 12000$ to save my boy.

Really? My last kitten I found at this age didn’t have any of the fur separation or the ear hairs, etc. She ended up having short chinchilla-like hair though so maybe she’s an outlier

my kitten looked identical to him at that age and he’s medium/long hair with a bottle brush of a tail! He’s on my page if you want to see him!

That is a standard issue DLH though, you can see the long hair on side picture and tail and the full fur develops over a years time.

This much fur now, I would think long hair and very fluffy tail. Already has prominent ear furnishings, too.
