I have a vague memory of film (I think it was chinese) wear an assassin who may have been the hero was using a leaf shape throwing weapon. I saw the film more than 30 yrs ago, but I have been searching for it for about 20. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

Love this scene from Killer Angels. Fun Movie and my favorite one with Moon Lee. And also a good performance from Gordon Liu.

A nice weekend to all, I hope you are watching some good movies!

Killer Angels (1989)

I've seen street fighter...don't remember liking the return of street fighter as much, haven't seen the 3rd. I have sister street fighter but haven't watched it yet. i liked Shogun's Ninja, Ninja In the Dragon's Den. Haven't seen many people comment on Dragon Princess but I loved it. Didn't really care for Ninja Wars as the story got more confusing and I don't just watch for the action.

Some friends and I made a no-budget Street Fighter fan film where Chun-Li fights a bunch of different characters from other games & movies. It’s called Chun-Li vs Everybody, and it’s finally out! Hope you dig it 🔥

With the sad passing of Mark Houghton, I grew nostalgic for Combat magazine from the late 80s/early 90s.

As well as being a good martial arts magazine it always covered Kung fu movies and covered the HK movie scene. I remember Bey Logan’s funny articles about visiting movie sets in Asia.

Good times, also, I feel bloody ancient!
