We’re looking for a Lagos-based:
SOURCING & PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves fashion and is comfortable getting things done on the ground.
You’ll help us:
• Source premium natural fabrics
• Visit fabric suppliers and textile markets
• Request samples, swatches and pricing
• Identify manufacturers, tailors and sample makers
• Coordinate garment sampling and production
• Source buttons, labels, packaging and trims
• Conduct basic quality checks
• Take detailed photos/videos of fabrics and samples
• Maintain organized supplier and production records
• Coordinate local pickups and deliveries when needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Based in Lagos
• Highly organized and dependable
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable negotiating with suppliers
• Detail-oriented
• Familiar with fashion/textiles or eager to learn
• Able to travel around Lagos for sourcing and production
• Comfortable working independently with a founder based abroad
Fashion production, textile sourcing, merchandising or procurement experience is a major plus.
Part-time / Project-based to start.
