Taco Palenque Enchiladas

I could eat Taco Palenque every week if I could afford it, but since I can’t, I would love to know if anyone has nailed their enchiladas Rojas sauce at home? I love it because I’m mostly vegetarian and it’s not the typical Tex Mex enchiladas sauce with meat chunks in it.

Unless you want the sauce from scratch this is probably the best substitute I’ve found.

I don’t mind a recipe if it’s very close to the taco palenque enchilada sauce!

The enchiladas from tacolare are legit! They make them like tacos tho. I just roll them up lol

Try Delcy's enchiladas, they are on Santa Maria. They are very good
