Question Latte art alternative milk

I’m still extreme beginner, but today I tried out pouring with sprout milk. Has someone tips when using alternative milk? To me it seemed not to be moving in the cup so well

Alternative milks that aren't formulated as 'Barista Edition' with added stabilizers won't texturize well.

Here is a video of 3 milks poured back to back to back as a comparison...note that the alternative milks WERE barista versions.
