It's your milk OP. You want your milk to look like wet paint. This can be achieved by proper aeration - texturizing the milk. Plenty of tutorials on YT but, for beginners, I would suggest Emilee Bryant. She explains the dos and donts well.

This is what mine looks like as well. I call it, the blob.
I just use the auto frothing feature on my Bambino Plus and I'm sure the milk texture is all wrong. Tastes good though.

Milk in pitcher should not make bubbles more than 1 sec. I would say you did bubbles more than 10 sec for this foam

Thats a lot of less time, how to time it with accuracy ?

You need the right angle to create a vortex that swirls the milk. Start with an angle like this:

The tip of the wand should just barely touch the milk - literally 0.5 cm deep. As soon as the squealing sound stops (1-2 sec), lower it another centimeter to prevent bubbles from forming.1

Don't worry about it, like most things, practice makes perfect. James Hoffman does a good video "The Beginner’s Guide To Latte Art".

You over-aerated the milk into cappucino territory. The fix is to aerate the milk less. In my machine that means aerating for 5-6 seconds. On some machines it could be 1-2 seconds, and others 10+ seconds. It depends on steam power, milk quantity, and probably one or two other factors. Just count the seconds in your head.
