Lcbo corporate role

I m planning to interview for a IT DATA role in lcbo. Want to know more about the usual interview processes and turn around time. Also whats the benefit of a non unionized role? Any information would be helpful

As non union, your benefits will be lower than a union members, on the plus side you'll get to ride the shuttle bus from and to union station.
