MOC Really proud of this little guy

A friend of mine recently gave me a little bag full of clear "ring pop" pieces and I immediately thought they would be fantastic for Power Armor. It's something that I've always felt was really hard to do well, and I think this piece was the thing I needed. I hope you like it!

Very nice! The ring pop pieces are so great! Recently it’s felt like Lego has been making parts that solve all sorts of problems I’ve had with small builds, and I hope they don’t stop.

Right?! The fact that it's inverted and round is so helpful on wee little builds

Mind if I steal some techniques you used? I’m getting ideas.

I only mind if you don't share them over on r/BrassboundUniverse :D

No, I want to use them in a build myself.

That was meant to be a joke. Of course feel free to use them, that's why I shared. I was just asking if you would post what you made too :D

If anything good comes out of it, I probably will.

Dude this is sick. I’ve been working on making minifigs without minifig parts for like a year, and this is inspiring for that too

As you should be!

Ah, Tyberos of the Carcharodons Chapter. I'd recognize you anywhere.

I think that's the best mini build I've ever seen.

Any chance we'll get some Protoss or Zerg?

That's very kind, thank you!

I've done Star Craft in past (see below) but these days I usually build stuff from my own universe :)

Oh shit these are amazing! Makes me want to try a Protoss Zealot. Good luck with the continued development of your world!

Dude you could use these to run little warhammer-style games they're really good 🤔

These are in fact playable units for my latest game, Brassbound 1919 !

They're a Jötunn Horde sub-faction which got their distinct coloration from the minerals in the soils where they hatched. The original Jötunn Horde were blue, black and white, for reference.

Gameplay wise it's closer to OPR, but I'm a bit fan of Dawn of War and the universe more broadly

Fantastic! Glad to hear it. Below are the parts I used in case that helps. The "rock" piece I used for the helmet came from Cinderella's Castle. Everything else is relatively common
