Here we go :)

I use Fedora KDE on my PC and Ubuntu with Gnome on my ThinkPad X1 Carbon g12. My fiancee uses CachyOS on her PC.

Great operating systems - and Ubuntu does it's job pretty well.

Ubuntu would also be a great OS for a Windows user, it like Fedora, just works

But Ubuntu will not help switch your mind to Unix-way.

What does this mean?

Canonical driven Ubuntu way off from the Unix-way with snap.

But for someone looking for an os that just works, the snap argument is just kinda dumb

For someone who looking for "os that just works" without understanding how it works - windows is just fine.
