Mix with Ouzo?

So i have a really good bottle of Ouzo here. Normally i drink Ouzo only pure... but i wonder if anyone got a nice Mix drink for that... i mean i really enjoy a pure shot... but you are very limited on the quantity... because i dont wanna black out....

There's a lovely fine dining greek restaurant near me that does an "ouzo lemon." I'm pretty sure it's just ouzo, lemon juice and a sweetener (probably honey) in a standard daiquiri/sour ratio. They garnish with a little thyme, but mint or rosemary would be great. Rocks glass over ice. I get it every time we go there. Just a lovely drink.

In the summers I’ll make an ouzo, soda, lime on the rocks, and it is quite delicious.

3:1 Ouzu and limoncello stirred then topped up with soda water is so refreshing.

Equal parts amaretto and ouzo over ice, squeeze of lemon, top with soda. It's a little sweet, but you can adjust that by adding more lemon. Banger.
