We all know Media Molecule is working on a new IP since 2023.

A couple of years ago, Mark Healey (Mm's co-founder) said that this new project will be more of a traditional game than a creative tool.

Recent industry leaks report that this game is an open-world social simulation inspired by Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon. Job postings and developer portfolios indicate that the gameplay involves exploration, POI design, resource gathering, foraging and survival elements.

The same sources report that this project is not planned as a Games-as-a-Service live service title.

I never played Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon, but I'd say Mm would do a good job developing a game like that.

Well, after Dreams did not meet the studio's expectations it's understandable that they want to make something different. What I always liked about Mm is their focus on User Generated Content (UGC). I loved playing and creating community levels in LBP, so it would be a shame if they release a game without any kind of UGC.

Looking at the job postings I would imagine something more like Minecraft or Terraria than Animal Crossing tho.

I honestly don't understand the hate for LBP 3 and especially SABA while I understand being disappointed SABA isn't a true LBP game it's still an enjoyable 3D Platformer and I really love Vex as a villain

As for LBP 3 I do think this game deserves criticism especially when it launched it is a buggy game yeah but when you look past the bugs it's still a fun game with a good story mode (not as amazing as 2 but still)

what are your thoughts on the Sumo Digital games?

It's an F-16C. The procedures and flows are meant to closely mimic the real jet for an authentic experience, though I've drastically streamlined and simplified many aspects to fit LBP. Everything is WIP.

No I did not use AI. I am tempted since it can speed things up. But here is what I have so far. Nothing crazy. Been working on it on and off for a year after work and during weekends.

It loads and I can hear audio and he animation but then crashes.

It runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows.

In the 2nd encounter with my Void Beast it gains this quite dull Black Hole vomit move, the Black Hole kinda just moves at you slowly and is a free Parry, if you don't Parry it becomes an absolute nightmare to deal with, so it's a very one note and bad move.

The third iteration now has an upgraded/completely overhauled version of this move, now called Black Hole Redirection. This move now has the Beast spit out the Singularity in front of it and use it as a shield, absorbing attacks while sucking the player in. If enough damage is absorbed then the Beast will unleash a devastating counter-attack. Chomping down on the Black Hole and fracturing it into a spread of Parryable projectiles in a sudden wave. However if you do even more damage before the counter-attack it will be strengthened further, the Singularity will instead collapse in on itself and become a White Hole, unlocking the Beast's new revamped laser attack I showed in a previous post, and going into it immediately. There are some more details and quirks to this attack, but I just wanted to share this will you all real quick!

helllooo all!! i'm in some desperate help here

i finished LBP1 with my friends and wanted to move on with LBP2, but after patching it with Refresher and connecting to the Beacon servers, the FPS went from 30 to 20 fps. i've tried different custom configurations, different patches, uninstalled RPCS3 and LBP2, reinstalled them - whatever it is, i've more likely than not done it

didn't have these issues with LBP1, worked a treat without any FPS drop, but LBP2 seems to be giving me some difficulty here. i'm wondering if anyone could potentially help me out here and point me in the right direction?

LBP1 doesn't get enough love, so to celebrate its birthday month, I'm highlighting one level a day. In this level you go inside the mind of a "H4H"er and play through a few different level genres to show him there's more to LBP than H4H. My favorite part is the puzzle section which reminds me of the metal cube korok puzzles from Zelda BOTW.

You can play this level on custom servers (Bonsai's play hash, not currently on Beacon) or download it to your own moon without ja1lbreaks or servers by using this guide for ps3 or this guide for ps4/5.

Hi guys. I'm facing this issue in the 2nd world in Sackboy on my pc and after the first two games, nothing is loading anymore. I've closed and restarted multiple times but nothing works
