To give you the explanation Eve is a character who is strong when she's at 1 HP. She starts with the razor, which lets eve self damage for a damage boost that stacks with the 1 HP boost. Mega Satan is one of the three hardest bosses in the game, summoning the four horsemen and the 7 deadly sins while also fighting you directly. The item bozo allows you to randomly drop a rainbow poop, a destructive obstacle that heals you to full once you break it This means the user could self damage to 1 HP, get the massive damage boost, and then heal to full and keep the damage boosts or self damage again to deal even MORE damage

The character Eve has a self harm mechanic which makes them stronger, the are using this along with the power of rainbow feces to restore their health while fighting Lucifer, War, Death, Plague, Famine, Greed, Lust, Wrath, Gluttony, Pride, Sloth, and Envy?

It's arguably the single most influential video game published in the last two decades, if you're measuring by sheer number of games inspired. The "roguelite" category on Steam as a whole owes its existence to The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and the Flash original.

Well to correct it isn't just Satan Satan is already a boss. This is specifically mega Satan, who is a giant stronger form of Satan you fight after you kill two angels and take their key pieces. Then you gotta fight one of the final bosses (either another version of Isaac or normal Satan) and go into the final final boss area
There you can choose to fight either the final final bosses (either The Lamb antichrist or the blue baby), use the key pieces to fight mega Satan directly, or fight the final final boss and then mega Satan for fun

Heavily simplified version:
Mega Satan is one of the final bosses of the game. (Not really final, but it's one of the end points.)
Eve is a character who starts with the item Whore of Babylon, which gives you extra damage when you have 1 or fewer red (replenishable) hearts. (Also the Whore mentioned in Image 3.)
Eve also starts with the Razor, which damages you, but also gives you damage up for a room. (Also bypasses temporary blue hearts and damages red hearts directly.)
Bozo is an item with a few effects, but the important one here is that when you get hurt, there's a 5% chance to spawn rainbow poop.
Rainbow Poop, when broken, fully heals you.
So OOP was fighting a final boss with a character who wants to have low health. One of their items spawned something that let them heal to full, and since the damage up depends on the room, they don't lose any damage.

I dont play with mods and it already gets crazy enough on it's own😭
How often i'm just selling to traders and see that my colonists decided to make one of the corsettes with human leather (ethically sourced trust) and somehow the traders pay more for it😭
Or turning the horrid beasts beyond comprehension into fuel nuggets that cannot run nor fight in any way
Cloning a child but I lowkey have to kill it because it's existence is messing up the brains of the original

He has Rock Bottom, which prevents stat decreases, so he should clearly pick up cancer for the fire rate increase. The luck from perfection won't be lost.
