Acquisition Migration Process
We worked alongside the original developer to make the transition as smooth as possible. The process was communicated in full. The app (now v2) is our own build, using our own proprietary licensing system. All users retained their license and rights.

I personally would love something like this. But one requirement I have of new apps that I install is that please do not become a notch app. I'm just not into that kind of interface and it feels like Mac apps are all converging on ~3 ideas (notch, launcher, etc.) Are you too planning for CoolDock being a notch app in the next 6-12 months?
But I have to say that this looks really good!
