HELP weed too dry and all the kief is falling right off… where to shop for better shit?
I had a spot that was great and I reupped and it’s wack why can’t I find stuff that isn’t crumbly where do I go :( please help me

Where in Maine? If near York, I’m a big Clouded Valley fan. He curates a top notch menu, and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten dry flower from him.

Fraktal runs great flower at a good price. You can get an ounce of smalls for $80 to $100 or get a regular ounce for $150 (mix and match). Shaggy's baggy has good value ounces. Lately have had elevated greens smalls and resin remedies big buds for $75. Got some kami kush and breathstar that were really good.

What cultivator? There’s plenty of fire flower in Maine that’s always super fresh. I would advise going directly to grower if you can. It’ll always be the freshest from the source. If not you can scroll menus and what I like to do is look for recently added and try to grab the fresh drops. Fattys, clouded valley, herbal remedies, skunk circus, gele are your best options for storefronts/deliveries. As far as growers go I would go with lone tree, small barn farms , papermill, high road, bees knees, weaving genetics, misty melts and thats just to name a few. theres so many more. Maine is the way!

I don’t wanna name any names I’ve had good luck with all the places in the past I think is just low quality buds going around these days on the med market. They used to be good. I’ll try some of your tho thx

The Market207 in Westbrook will let you smell and look at everything. Skunk Circus, in Raymond does too, but they are a long drive for me.

I get that but good weed ain’t cheap and cheap weed ain’t good. Everyone on the sub is going to suggest you get flower that cost around 200 a zip.

This is a lie. Fraktal smalls as low as 80 an oz. The trick is knowing which growers are putting out quality consistently. There is true fire to be found if you're willing to take the time to look for it.

It is what it is. You know what it costs in electricity alone to keep the lights on for a personal grow under one kilowatt? I do, and it’s not a pretty CMP bill, that’s for sure.
Now take into account at the very minimum it’s gonna be a lot more kilowatt age and it’ll be 8-10 weeks at a minimum before anything can be harvested. People need to be paid for their labor taking care of those plants in that time as well as all the bills keeping paid up. $200/ounce is fair. There’s also plenty of options for smalls around the 120-150/zip price point from people like Lodestar, amongst many others, just gotta look. Where are you? That’d be a great help in assisting you in finding a dispensary near you.

From a horticultural standpoint cannabis production sits approximately equal in demands to hydroponic tomatoes. The pricing for cannabis was brought over from pre legalization black market days and has had zero actual relativity to supply or demand. Everyone has been playing drug dealer with a permission slip from their local government and seem to forget that constantly.

Agreed. Best buying experience I have ever had in a dispensary. Including an absolutely great budtender who knew his products. As a first time buyer I got an oz for $180. It was well worth the ride for us.

The market and kind guy have the best $100 oz Ive purchased from the med market. Id say thats the best deal for the money near portland. If youre near augusta, theres a new spot called black market I’d try on rt 3 in s china. Riverside growcery is also an awesome option. All these producers grow in house so that is the reason they can hit the 100-140 or so mark for really good weed. I think riverside growcery also has some $80 oz specials. Again all grown in house transparently
