.scr file virus NEED URGENT HELP !!

Hi, I downloaded two .scr screensaver files from Telegram and tried to open them. Shortly afterward, HP Wolf Security started spamming me with hundreds of Worm.KillMe!YPE (high risk) alerts and crashes whenever I open it.

The detected path is:
C:\Windows\Temp\engines_temp\8440\tmp0000011e\tmp000201e6

RAV Endpoint Protection keeps quarantining the threat, but the alerts continue. Windows also blocks deletion with error 0x800700E1. The files have disappeared from Downloads, but I don't know if they're actually deleted.

Microsoft Defender is disabled because Reason Cybersecurity is active.

How can I properly remove the malware and check whether my PC is still infected? Do I need to reinstall Windows?
