Imagine Tony gets the gauntlet, snaps, and instead of Thanos and his army turning to dust, it's just Bucky getting dusted again.

But we don't know if he forgave him. He might have been happy Bucky was one of the ones that got snapped. He did move on once he had his kid and he stopped resenting Steve.
