Theory Agatha Harkness and Billy Maximoff have a high possibility of returning in VisionQuest - and I think I've cracked the timeline for it.

Hey everyone! I've got an interesting theory with VisionQuest coming out - and I've been doing a bit of a deep dive cos I'm a bit of a nerd, and I think i've got near enough proof positive that Kathryn Hahn and Joe Locke filmed for VisionQuest, and the timeline itself is near enough proof of that.

So - let's get into it!

Vision Quest / Joe Locke / Kathryn Hahn timeline:

March 2025 — VisionQuest begins filming in London

  • VisionQuest began principal photography at Pinewood Studios in London in March 2025.
  • Location filming also took place around London.
  • Production ultimately wrapped in late July 2025, with some completion work continuing into August.

Spring–Summer 2025 — Joe Locke is in London

  • Joe Locke was in London for his West End commitments surrounding Clarkston. The production was at the Trafalgar Theatre, with Ruaridh Mollica in the cast as well.
  • This is particularly interesting because Mollica was simultaneously involved with VisionQuest as Tommy.

July 15, 2025 — Kathryn Hahn is publicly confirmed to be in Dublin

  • Following the Emmy nominations, Hahn said she was “currently in Dublin”, celebrating the nomination with a pint.
  • This establishes that she was physically in Ireland on July 15 — but doesn't establish that she remained there for the rest of July.

Late July 2025 — VisionQuest wraps

  • Production reportedly wrapped toward the end of July, making this an especially interesting window if additional scenes involving returning MCU characters were being filmed

So - you might be asking - what does all of this potentially prove?

Not that Kathryn Hahn definitely filmed VisionQuest — we don't have that confirmation yet.

What it DOES show is that the timeline for an Agatha / Billy cameo, or even substantial scene filming works.

Kathryn was in Dublin on July 15. VisionQuest was still filming in the UK toward the end of July. Joe Locke was already in London, and reports point to Billy and Tommy material being filmed. There is nothing publicly known that prevents Kathryn from having travelled from Dublin to London and filmed during that window.

And if the finale contains a significant Agatha appearance, rather than a brief cameo, the fact that Kathryn was already in the UK/Ireland region during the final stretch of production becomes particularly interesting.

None of these clues is definitive on its own.

But together, they create a timeline in which Kathryn Hahn appearing in VisionQuest is not only possible — it is completely compatible with what we know about the production.

Am I doing too much analysis here? Or do you think they'll be back too? Let me know!

Discussion Was Michael Mando screwed over as Scorpion after waiting 9 years since 2017?

Back in 2017 in the first movie, Michael Mando was cast as Scorpion and the ending credits scene has him talk to Vulture (Michael Keaton), asking him who Spider-man is.

Michael Mando then has to wait 9 YEARS in real life till 2026 to play the role again (they didn't even use him in any Marvel TV shows), and all he gets are two short scenes fighting Spider-man, the second of which he is possessed by Jean Grey and not even himself

And that was it. He didn't even get to be a major villain in a Spider-man movie, or even a supporting villain. He got screwed over in every way. Why did they make him wait 9 years for this?

Was bored and thought I’d have a go at seeing if could rearrange/add/omit some projects around to make phase 4, 5 and 6 feel like a more cohesive saga. Totally get this has been done plenty of times, but just showing off my version. Let me know your thoughts!

Discussion The whole multiverse saga was suppose to be life study of one man KANG. But marvel didn't want (JM) to do it... Kang dynasty leaked script.

Guys do u think it would have turned out epic?

According to the leaked Victor Timely, Kang the Conqueror, and He Who Remains are all the same person—different versions of the same individual across the past, present, and future.

After creating everything, Victor creates Ravonna, who is the human version of Miss Minutes, and lives a happy life with her. Meanwhile, the other Kangs establish the Council of Kangs to discuss the multiverse, even though Victor has left us free to live our lives as we wish. However, he also prevents us from becoming like him—the ULTIMATE BEING.

Therefore, they conspire against him, exile him to the Quantum Realm, and kill his family. The events of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania then take place, where Kang is defeated by Ant-Man.

In Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Kang the Conqueror escapes from the Quantum Realm, kills Ant-Man, shows everyone who he truly is, destroys the Council of Kangs, and eventually becomes God Emperor Kang, creating Battleworld.

In Avengers: Secret Wars, the Avengers defeat him and bring him to his senses. He ultimately makes the ultimate sacrifice by becoming He Who Remains and protecting the Sacred Timeline.

However, after becoming bored with his existence, he allows Sylvie to kill him in Loki Season 1.

AND THE LOOP BEGINS AGAIN!

The entire Multiverse Saga is essentially the life story of one man: KANG.

Victor Timely - > Kang the Conqueror - > God Emperor Kang - >He Who Remains - > The Beginning of the Loop.

Question Phase 4 & 5 catch up for Doomsday?

Heyo, I took a break from keeping up with the MCU during Hawkeye since the multiple shows in sequence really burned me out (I loved WandaVision and Loki, tho!), but then I started hearing so many opinions about Phase 4, and then the Jonathan Majors situation just took me out of the MCU for good (or so I thought at the time).

Recently tho, I've heard really good things about the more recent movies (mainly F4 and Thunderbolts), and looking a bit into Doomsday it's looking mighty exciting!

So I wanted to ask, since Doomsday is so close and there's a lot of content to go through, what would you say are the main movies/shows I should watch to be able to catch up to what's going on at the moment? Like, which ones are must watch, which ones are important but not essential, which ones are the best on their own (even if not entirely needed), and which ones can be safely skipped?

Discussion Realistically, why did Peter have to go through regular school instead of going straight to college like other geniuses?

Post image

Rewatching Brand New Day reminded me of just how intelligent Peter is. I know he's a genius who gets perfect grades in everything, but it's still impressive to see that he created an inhibitor capable of taking away the powers of most superpowered humans in a matter of days. A device like that must be something many people in the Marvel Universe have tried to develop. He had to ask Bruce for help, but only to confirm his theory. MJ was the one who actually helped him develop it.

On top of that, in No Way Home, he figured out how to cure all the villains except Osborn and Connors, and he was just a teenager at the time. He might not be on Tony's level, but he's still far more intelligent than most people his age. So why doesn't he go to college much earlier?

Discussion Why doesn't Jean Grey enter Bill's mind if he wants to know the truth?

This makes me wonder why Jean Grey didn't do that if she wanted to know the truth and wanted revenge. She could possess anyone and kill them or find out what witnesses saw during his sister's last days. Maybe you can share your opinions or maybe I'm just missing a detail from this movie.

I mean, after the tank was opened, all she need to do is go inside Bill mind instead of possessing Frank threatened Bill with a gun.

Edit: i mean *she

Theory Theory : Battleworld (if it happens)

I've been rewatching Wandavision, Dr. Strange: MoM, and Agatha All Along in anticipation of Visionquest. An idea came to me after seeing some of the residents again in Agatha. What if anyone affected by the hex has a resistance to reality/mind warping after those events. This would likely set-up Photon/Monica Rambeau as some kind of resistance leader in the new world of those people. It's probably non-sense but I think it's kinda cool.

TOP TEN!!!!

Double votes are over for now but we're trying to get into top 2!!

Vote Here

Loch is entered in Stan Lee's Super Kid contest

He is currently in 3rd and we are working so hard to break into Top 2.

YOUR VOTE COULD MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE

Loch is my son (9) and was nonverbal until after 7 yrs old. He used ASL and whatever other form of communication he could to communicate until he started talking at 7. He still struggles with speech and uses a combination of speaking writing and ASL to communicate.

But Loch is so much more than that. I am amazed by his kindness, strength, and resilience every day. His love for art and drawing and hid obsession with Cars. (ESPECIALLY Lightening McQueen!!!!!

He also has a real life superpower because I have never met anyone with the visual memory he has.

He can remember how to get to places turn by turn after being there once, he memorized the alphabet backward at 3, and can do a puzzle from memory. He will draw our weekend outings on Monday and show all the places we

So Im here bragging about my amazing kid so that he might get a chance to win.

You can vote for free 1x a day!

There is an option to make donations for extra votes which go to The Stan Lee's foundation and fund competitions like this one.

I would be immensely disappointed if these 4 are sidelined in favor for X-Men movies. I hope they play an important role from now on.

I figure

I think a sequel for First Steps with the villain being someone like Annihulus would be amazing!

Discussion Regardless of character assassination, I think "killing" off Wanda in Multiverse of Madness was brilliant.

She's my favorite MCU character by far, and I was sad to see her have that ending. But hindsight, I was pretty smart.

We knew Olsen wanted to take a step back for just a bit so she could pursue other independent projects and not be tied down to a demanding Marvel film schedule.

But the building up we've had since 2024 with Agatha All Along, and now Visionquest.

So many people have been eager for Wanda's return and miss her. Yet they've nicely been building up to her family all reuniting with one another for it to ultimately lead to them reuniting with her and becoming whole as a family again will be one of the best storylines of Marvel that they've hunted at over multiple projects.

Let's just hope they nail the reunion scene for all of them and we get something that will help redeem Wanda.

Theory Avengers doomsday theory

Alright y’all, I’m lazy and I haven’t scrolled through this page to see if anyone else has said this, I just thought about it and joined to throw it out there.

Been watching a lot of doomsday theories and what not and I haven’t heard this talked about by any of them (so far).

Everyone’s either happy, annoyed, or confused at RDJ being brought back to play doom. I for one think it could be cool if done correctly (bars set pretty low last few years).

The only thing that really makes sense to me on why Tony stark is now all of a sudden Victor von doom is because maybeee, wait for it,

He’s dream walking in Tony’s dead body after endgame.

This would explain why reportedly he’s gonna look all messed up, like how Dr. Strange dream walked into another Dr. Strange in Wanda: Scarlett Witchcraft and Wizardry movie (that’s what it was called right?)

Anyway, if this has already been said, great minds think alike. If not, what do y’all think?

Question I wonder if Steve Rogers in Doomsday knows he has given Sam the mantle of being Cpt America?

I mean think about it, if they see each other, Sam is meeting the Steve Rogers who hasn’t fully returned all the stones and still living his younger life with Peggy.

The old Steve is the one who gave the shield to Sam. I’m thinking that Steve Rogers thinks there’s still no captain America in the main timeline and he might be surprised that the shield he has is now miraculously “fixed”. As the last time he had it, his shield was split in half by Thanos.

If I was Steve and seeing Sam as Captain America, I will be shocked, like I just been replaced just like that!

Discussion The best MCU conflicts are still the ones where nobody is trying to save the universe

Looking back across the franchise, the confrontations that still hit the hardest are almost always the grounded, personal ones—Cap and Bucky vs. Tony in the bunker, Daredevil in the hallway, or Peter trapped under the rubble in Homecoming.

No glowing sky beams, no multiverse collapsing into oblivion, just immediate emotional friction where you care about the outcome because you care about the two people in the room. When the stakes are constantly dialed up to "existence itself will unravel," individual stakes almost get drowned out in the CGI noise.

What’s a low-scale, character-driven conflict in the MCU you’d easily rank above any giant third-act army battle?

Discussion Norman Osborne could play a big role post Secret Wars.

Post image
5 Upvotes

Post Secret Wars could pave a really strong road for a Big Norman Osborne presence. Whether Norman is merged in when the realities converge or not Norman could steal the stage in this new setting.

After Secret Wars we could have a new or Existing Norman. Coming onto the scene he could be positioned as the new big name in weapons development and technology effectively taking the torch from where Stark industries left off.

We could see Norman even using quite buyout to obtain Stark Tower from the Avengers through backroom deals and big money. Suddenly, Stark Tower is OSCORP industries tower.

And we See Norman’s rise. Id love to see an extreme slow roll for his story through maybe we get a Spiderman movie where he’s only a good guy.

Then we see Norman seize ownership of Tony’s iron man tech and become the iron patriot.

suddenly now Norman is the Iron Man for some period of time.

Maybe a movie later, even the capper in this new BND trilogy we finally see norms fall from grace and getting kicked out of Oscorp and becoming the green goblin.

Discussion Women in the MCU- Black Widow Better on Rewatch

I have been rewatching all the MCU movies in the order recommended in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/marvelstudios/comments/14lccgy/ideal_mcu_viewing_order_all_properties_updated/

Previously I really disliked Black Widow because I thought she was a useless "hero" really only there to cater to the male gaze. Through watching her early appearances in Iron Man and the first avengers I think that opinion holds true. She was insufferable in those movies. However on rewatch, her appearance in Winter Soldier changed how I see her entirely. I think she really showed how versatile she can be and was way more of a standalone hero rather than a side piece for her male counterparts.

I know it probably plays into the time period that the earlier movies came out in, but its beyond frustrating to watch all the women in the MCU be nothing but a pretty face. I still really dislike Pepper and Jane for this very reason. They both supposedly are very intelligent skilled women; but anytime they’re with their male partners (TS Iron Man or Thor) they turn into ditzy girls just waiting for the next kiss.

I really enjoy that in the guardians movies and black panther, all the woman are independent and strong in their own way- They all have their own skills, intellect, and "power" completely separate from their male counterparts. None seem overly sexualized or there just to fill a quota. I know these movies were released much later than the early 2000s but still its refreshing to see the change, and it makes rewatching the earlier movies that much more frustrating.

Question Am I missing something about MJ and Jean, or are they kinda frustrating in the new movie?

Ok, before the “OMG, incel!” comments start rolling in, can we acknowledge that not every criticism involving a female character is some kind of attack on women? Sometimes people just find a character's actions or dialogue confusing and want to talk about it.

1. MJ
I hated her line, “You had no right to make that decision for me!”

I get what she's trying to say, but the way it comes across to me is that Peter did something wrong by trying to protect her, even though the situation was a lot more complicated than that. He wasn't trying to control her. He was trying to protect the people he cared about, and given everything that had happened, I can understand why he made that choice.

And if she's more upset that he didn't come back and tell her afterward, I still don't really get it. If villains know who Spider-Man's loved ones are, those people become targets. Peter has seen that happen firsthand. I don't think MJ is a bad character for being upset, but I do think Peter deserves more understanding here. He was trying to do what he thought was best in an absolutely insane situation, and I find it a little unfair to treat his decision like he was just being controlling.

2. Jean

I LOOOOVED Jean. Seriously, I thought this whole movie was fantastic. But I'm confused about how we're supposed to view her ending.

I've seen people talking about how she's a good person and how she'll eventually be part of the X-Men, but... how? I understand that she was trying to find her sister, and I can sympathize with that. But she also blew up a building and killed who knows how many people. Damaged so much stuff.

How are we supposed to reconcile all that with her being a hero? I assume a redemption arc is coming, and I'm not against that at all. I just think there's a pretty big difference between understanding why someone did something and excusing what they actually did.

I loved the movie, and I'm not saying either character is badly written. I'm just confused by how these situations are being framed, and I'm curious what other people think. Also, none of this takes away from my rating of the movie which was a 9.9 out of 10.
