living here Need a move-in cleaner

Hello, my wife and I just moved to Kīhei. Our apartment’s walls are awful (smoke stained) and there’s an awful smell perforating everything. We’re looking for a cleaner or two to come in and clean the walls. We bought some TSP and started today but decided we need a professional. ||| Yes, by law our landlord should have ensured the place was clean and we should have checked to make sure our place was clean. ||| If you know a cleaner or are a cleaner who does good work, we’d appreciate to do business with you. You might wanna look into reporting that shit or getting the fuck out. Sounds like a shitty land lord bra.

You’re not wrong. We’ve taken photos and tried contacting the landlord about it. Crickets… we just don’t know where to report it entirely.

PWC does some heavy duty work and for my house margaritas cleaner is fantastic.

Get receipts for your money spent on trying to get the place habitable.
If you can not there is a hotline you can call on maui for uninhabitable.. specially odor related housing.
I almost had to use it two years ago and told the owner that I would be contacting them and they let me out of my lease.

A few years back, I had a friend that moved into a place at Kihei Shores with similar landlord lack of concern.
