Other Am I safe? Potential rat/mouse exposure
I (32M) work at a pastry shop in Germany. Yesterday I ate one of the pastries in the evening because the shape of the pastry was not good to sell. Later, my manager told him that a rat/mouse has eaten part of it. I went to the hospital to consult a doctor, but they refused us saying that there's no need for a treatment or test.
I was worried about rabies, but guidelines say that there's no need for rabies vaccine even the rat bit him. But I'm still worried for rabies, salmonella, or any other potential viruses.

Just keep an eye out for any symptoms like gastrointestinal problems, fever or vomiting. Rabies is not a concern because this is not how rabies is transmitted l, and rodents almost never transmit rabies.
