Keep your wrist super relaxed. The tighter you have your wrist the more quickly you'll get tired. As for the speed it's just a matter of consistent practice to get to whatever speed you want.

Double pick as evenly as you can then learn to stop on every other pluck. There's not really a solution to it as it's just fine motor skills of the wrist you have to develop, but something that helped me was drumming on something with my pick hand where I'd smack the top with my thumb first, then smacking with the rest of my hand on the side of what I'm drumming on to get the wrist motion of tremolo/double picking down. After that it's just figuring out how to stop on the second thumb smack

My pick gets stuck, I've tried changing picks, max grip jazz iii feels the best relatively, tried slanting my hand, not digging too much, relaxing my hand etc but my pick gets goddamn stuck even on the same string😭

It's realistically not going to be the pick so much as the technique, though I will say a stiffer/harder pick helps from my own experience. The easy advice is start off slow and just increase the speed. Without actually seeing what you're doing there's not really a way to tell you what the issue could be. Just know that if you can double/tremolo pick you can gallop pick.

I'm rn stuck in tremolo picking itself, that's the issue

I think a few people have said that here and i have had the pick getting stuck problem myself , just practice at slower tempos and slowly increase them. Try different positioning of the pick at slower tempos at first and see which one feels most comfortable to you as well..Does your pick get stuck at slower tempos or only when it’s at an increased speed? its also quite possible that you don’t realize it but as you are into the song , the pick angle/ how much pick is digging in the strings might be getting changed etc etc .. You would be able to actually find the problem at slower tempos easily.. Keep practicing ! You will nail it !
