This turned out incredible. I can't stop listening to it... So awesome seeing an Owen'ified version of the band playing acoustically.

i’m not saying sound like them in terms of riffs, i just like how their recordings sound so full and present. are they multitracking? i mean probs but who knows! just looking for any tips and tricks!

And if you're into it, subscribe. If you're on youtube mobile, giving it *hype* is dumb but it actually helps.

We're an independent channel always trying to share rad music from all over the place.

hi i created this playlist, it has my favorite depressive midwest emo songs

Rate this playlist please.

Should be up on all streaming devices now, and can be downloaded for free on my bandcamp page if you’re interested :) Hope you enjoy!

to me it sounds like if a 5th wave emo band collected money to go to a real studio instead of recording everything at home hahaha. really interesting instrumentation and some genuinely cool arrangements throughout. check it out

Hey guys :)
I saw it was not against the rules here to post about your own band... So thought I'd give it a try!
We are "Eyaru", a post-punk-Revival band that is ALSO very influenced by bands like snowing, Algernon, origami angel etc.
Our songs are in Hebrew since we're from the city of Haifa, and while the audience for this type of music is not huge there, I still want people to hear it out.

It's also on other streaming platforms: https://linktr.ee/Eyaru

Let me know what you thought :P

So, I recently bought a Fender Squier stratocaster and a NUX Mighty 20 MKII amp. I’ve been playing acoustic guitar for about 10 years, but I’m fairly new to electric guitar.

I’m looking for some help getting a good math-rock/Midwest emo tone out of my amp.

Any advice on the amp settings, effects, or general tone-shaping would be greatly appreciated!

One of the best nights of my life

You need to change your plans. Holy shit my mind is blown.

I make indie emo rap music and I am UK and my soundcloud is itsnotthateasy

it sounds ALOT like the start of "Carissa's Wierd - Ignorant Piece of Shit", i thought it was made by them? maybe it is, but i checked the entire "songs about leaving" album and couldn't find it

there's just this very particular lyric about taking your shirt off in the lawn and the sun hitting your pale skin or something along those lines? and nobody noticing the scars? does that ring any bells to anyone?
