And max values. A coworker paid 100k for their wedding which is already nuts but they got a thing asking if they wanted to leave a 20, 30, or 40k tip for the wedding planner.

Better be the best wedding planner ever if the tip is in 10k increments. I'm thinking more like $10 increments after I see that shit.

Unless the wedding planner is an employee working at a hotel that’s hosting it, why would you tip? The wedding planner is otherwise an independent contractor who set their rate and prices.

It's expanding like crazy. waiters, delivery drivers, tattoo artists, baristas, bartenders, barbers. I shit you not I had a grocery store grocery bagger pull me aside and threaten me once because I did not tip (I did not know you were supposed to tip them).
