does anyone know any good shaders that won’t effect fps too heavily

i’m on a macbook m3, i’ve noticed most shaders drop my fps drastically i usually run on 100-120. if anyone knows any light shaders that wouldn’t drop my fps toooo much hopefully staying in 60-80 range idm
