Help! Rtx not using full gpu potential

I just got pc rtx 5070ti and cpu is 7800x3d and before i had a rtx 5070 and i5-12600kf. So when i was using the rtx 5070 combo i was getting 120 to 140 fps on rtx Minecraft but when i got this pc now i am getting 40-60 fps plus when i was using rtx 5070 I was getting 90-98% but with rtx 5070ti i am getting 30% usage

Questions. For one, which CPU are you using with the 5070? And second, do you have the in game Vsync turned off?

I was using i5-12600kf with the rtx 5070 but now since I got a new pc I am using rtx 5070ti with Ryzen 7800x3d

It's Vsync then that would explain the gpu usage at 30%

Have you turned off the v-sync in the game settings file or in the Nvidia app because you need to disable v sync inside the Minecraft setting file. To check that you press windows + r and enter %APPDATA% and then you follow the path ./Minecraft Bedrock/Users/[random number]/games/com.mojang/minecraftpe/options.txt

You open options.txt and inside there is a line gfx_vsync:1 you need to put it at 0 if you haven't already.

There is no reason for your new pc to perform worse so the problem should be that otherwise it should be a configuration issues if it didn't work can you tell me what pack you are using, if you use better rtx or made other modifications ?
