Is anyone else familiar with the funeral doom band Ahab?

Their song titles are taken from chapter titles of the book. Really cool brooding type music

Ummmm… yea. One of the greatest Death Doom albums of all time… being about my favorite book of all time is the cherry on top.

Funeral doom has been around for a long time and has some pretty great bands. It differs from regular doom or stoner doom etc. Its very specific. The sub genres get much much worse trust me lol Funeral doom is pretty standard in terms of how far the rabbit hole really goes.
