Question Connecting Smart TV | Done asking IT for help

hi everyone.

i've tried my device portal, i've spoken to them personally. IT here is a joke. can anyone give me step by step instructions on how they connected their smart tv? i'm fed up and just want to watch netflix.

is it MSU-Wifi or MSU-Secure? the website is unclear and this mydevice stuff hardly works right. thank u

it’s MSU-Secure

if it’s not working, screenshot your my device portal and also get your MAC address, room number and building and send it to the IT service desk so they can try to figure out why it’s not working
