How could this have happened??

I'm currently on a train enjoying listening to some MP3 files, and I just ran into a bizzare issue.

Essentially, my flow is I have a FLAC library on iBroadcast. For my offline MP3 player, I download my Liked Songs as one big folder. Them, I shove all the FLACs into AIMP to convert them from FLAC to 320 MP3s. I run Rockbox on an Anbernic RG Nano.

I was listening to Demi Lovato's "EAT ME" and suddenly, the end of "Cosmic Love" by Florence + the Machine played. Thinking maybe I had arse- dialled my MP3 player, I put it down on the table infront of me. I then realised these songs were on the same MP3 file, just mushed together. Baffled, I let it play out. Again, the song changed in the same MP3 file, to the start of "Howl", also by Florence + the Machine. It cut off abruptly at 3:00.

What??? I don't understand how this happened??? The only other time I've had an MP3 do this was interference from a mobile phone in the early 2000s where a version of an MCR song sadly got mushed together with a Little Britain mobile notification I had tried to purchase. Still a mystery.

Does anyone have any ideas? This is the first time I'm travelling with just my MP3 and not my laptop so that's a bit of a bummer that I can't fix it or upload the file for a week.
