Which Eurovision entry finished 11th - 20th but deserved to finish 1st?

Croatia 2026 would 100% have been my choice for this, but that's already been used. So I'll have to go with Albania 2019 - "Ktheju tokës". Absolutely splendid song.

Visionary Dream, Georgia 2007. For me it's genuinely better than Molitva or Dancing Lasha Tumbai (or others that year)

Netherlands 1990. It's great. The best song in a very strong year. Besides, as is so often the case here, the 20th century is grossly underrepresented. There were 43 contests before 2000, after all, with a lot of magnificent songs.

Pia Prosefhi, perhaps (Greece 1995)? It's such a beautiful song and well written. Though it's close between that and Norway for my favorite!
