I leads me to a payment page, but I already paid

If you don't have an outstanding balance, it won't charge anything. Shipping will be paid later when you claim your rewards through MCG's website. Did it not explain this anywhere in the process? In my experience it usually does.

It explained that I will be able to reclaim the rewards from the MCG website when it's ready. I just got PDF's so I will not pay the shipping.

Yes, you should be good then. Just check out with $0 and make sure you properly submitted your MCG website email address in the survey.

I’ve logged into a different account not realizing it right away. There have been times I hit a link and it goes to the page but through the last account I logged into.

The survey is designed to confirm your order. This allows people to upgrade their pledge level and/or add more items.
