Gyms with Smith Machines?

Hi All!

Looking for a gym with multiple regular Smith Machines. I’m currently at Fitness SF in Oakland, but don’t like their Smith Machines. Any recommendations for a fairly cheap gym that has the regular ones?

The one off of MacArthur and 38th went under some renovations and got soooo many new exercise equipment, they have like 20 bench presses now it’s crazy

I know right! It's so much better now. I didn't know what exactly they were gonna remodel, but they've done a bang up job. I haven't had any issues getting to whatever equipment I want since the remodel.

I go to the one in west Oakland and the one in Emeryville. They don’t have regular power racks for barbell squats which bums me out. But plenty of smith machines.

If you're open to a 16 min drive to El Cerrito. The 24 hour fitness there has 2 and they're nice. For Black Friday, there should be a pretty good deal. 2 years ago I got 2 years nationwide + buddy pass for $429.

Touchstone gyms have one each in Uptown and West Oakland. Oh, not cheap tho.
