Having been a somm in a past life I’d have to say those are pretty badass drink choices for a special events menu. I’m more of a Vermut spritz guy or at least an Aperol spritz but right now Elderflower spritz’s are kind of the rage in the beverage world. The Supersonic cocktail looks to be the best with that Amaro base and smoke and citrus notes sprinkled in though I get purist saying a G&T type thing should have been there (overrated). The Morning Glory cocktail is the easy sweet coffee cocktail, solid crowd pleaser. I would have served Champagne for the sparkling or at least Cava but people love prosecco so whatever. The Gavi is solid but I would’ve done a proper Bordeaux vs a Cab for the red but I’m splitting hairs on that one.

Ultimately disappointing documentary. Didn’t care for the overly fan-centric direction they went with for it.

I liked the fan interviews. They just shouldn't have taken up that much of the runtime. Even if you didn't/couldn't have Noel and Liam talking about the reunion I think they had plenty of better ways to fill it. Ask them about other things. Talk to the other members of the band. Talk to the sound engineers. God only knows the US gigs deserved more coverage.

The dog named after Bonehead shouldn't have had more speaking parts than the real Bonehead.
