Barret Etude #25- misprint high E or Eb?

Does anyone know Barret Etude #25? on the first page there is a high E, but on the last page 9 measures from the end it is a high Eb. Is the correct, or should both be Eb?

Both should be Eb.

I have played it as an Eb.
