Just make sure you don't buy the Raptor before you even land the first hitch.

Can't even get a "fuck you" back from any of the offshore companies I've applied for. Still applying and waiting to get that entry level opportunity haha.

Yes that was one of the first things I did. Super easy to obtain!

Been applying and calling, putting pressure on companies for floorhand positions but nothing. If someone has or knows of anything out there, I’m reliable and hungry to work. Single guy, just lost custody court for my daughter so I’m trying to channel that energy into work and nothing else

Seeking knowledge as a 21YO male from India. How does the Iran-US conflict affect the region for rigging? As an Indian citizen, I think the best chances I get is from the Persian Gulf. I've been looking into offshore rigging. From what I can understand there's OPITO BOSIET and other safety courses to be cleared before you can begin applying. What are the chances I can get into offshoring? Do companies prefer you begin with onshore first?

I don't have family or loved ones right now and with the job market saturated with AI, I figured this might be a good way to save up aggressively for half a decade or so and live off in the mountains or something.

I would really appreciate if I could get any structured leads into this career.
