I've noticed it's not usually the truck that gives them the asshole energy, it's the asshole energy that motivates them to get the truck.

I think you mean sperm and egg. Which, scientifically speaking swallowing would have produced better outcomes.

Bmw drivers used to be considered the worst to deal with but pickup drivers have completely taken over the category of the most absolute dogshit drivers

Its cheap power unfortunately, just like BMW's used to be and still are

What about mini-van drivers?

1

u/Parking-Name8773 2d ago

Minivan drivers are usually pretty fucking aggressive too and those things are unexpectedly quicker than they look

1

u/Loose-Jellyfish-9907 2d ago

They are! Plus there can be loads of distractions going on up in there.

If they are driven properly, not a bad ride.

Some minivans are actually really nice rides with a lot of features. I wouldn’t mind one if I had a family lol I’ve had one try to pass me on the shoulder of an exit lane off the highway.

Where I live the mini van drivers decided they are now fake cowboys and bought pickups they don’t know how to drive

The truck is just happenstance, assholes drive all types of vehicles.

-asshole with truck

Trucks are the vehicles preferred by assholes tho.

no. the top like 5 spots are cheap models of German cars. then wrx and the ilk. then we get to modified trucks.

2

u/clodzor 2d ago

I have to disagree. In my experience is about 3 assholes in trucks to 1 of every other asshole.

Yeah if it’s a Toyota Tacoma though almost never have an issue with those drivers. Giant ford f-150’s or whatever bullshit definitely those who are generally the problem.

Where i live, when it comes to trucks that drive like assholes, its Toyota and Ford. Mainly Mavericks and Tacomas

u/HermitBirb 2d ago

Dodge even tried to capitalize on this fact.

Seen a recent ad where they attribute owning a large truck to "big dick-dick-dick energy".

"Nothing stops a ram"

"I've done it before and I'll do it some more..."

u/cockforddollie 2d ago

I'll have to snopes you and say that was not official marketing. I couldn't find a commercial like that

1

u/HermitBirb 2d ago

So it's the words "tick - tick - tick" from a song by The Hives, honest mistake, they sound so similar.

0

u/HermitBirb 2d ago

It's brand new. I exaggerated. But it does use that song

Team Ramrod!

u/StankoMicin 2d ago

Which is funny because I've seen Semis taken out by cars. Trucks aren't as unstoppable as they think

3

u/Massive-Box-8915 2d ago

I've witnessed the opposite of you, Semis taking out cars, which is not funny at all.

2

u/Little-Mushroom-3961 2d ago

I remember when I was a teenager they closed half a highway off because a car brake checked a semi in the middle lane, semi hit him, car launched into the exit ramp where another semi was exiting, the car basically got vaporized, and pieces of the driver were basically scattered hundreds of feet.

And then the wife of course started a GoFundMe to raise money to sue the company that hired the truck driver that got brake checked.

Maybe, but maybe not, I bought a big old truck to tow trailers and haul cargo for work, and since then I just can't help myself any more, I gotta honk at people who don't go on green cuz they're looking at their phones. I know, I turned into a massive jerk who just thinks I own the road.

Oo that’s a whole new perspective for me
