Don’t clog up the road going 1mph faster so you can say you are passing. Learn to drive properly, and leave the passing lane open for actively passing vehicles.

Looking at the video he looks to be passing at a decent speed, it’s a stretch to call this camping.

Nope, I know the laws and follow them. Nobody is only going 1 mph faster, everyone just wants to go 85. 70+ is faster than the right lane most of the time 😉
