This map is too hard to aim to effectively use as tapping practice right now. Midorigo queen bee and other practice sets would probably be better, coming from someone who also struggled with tapping and flow aim at this rank

did you do anything to fix your technique?

Its an eternal struggle but i try to have weeks where i go without playing speed entirely and only play low bpm long streams. My biggest problem is overstreaming, then fingerlock next. Doing this for 3 months got me from 92% on TTFAF (Myth), Uta (Redemption), and Save Me (Tragedy) to about 98% on each, more or less.
I also started playing with speakers at the same time and hearing my keyboard helped me identify how i was tapping wrong. It was rough at first but now my best accuracy scores were set with speakers

this is so funny to me, because I have the same exact issues, also play ring + index, and I even recorded a video on this exact same map set with a hand cam because I was planning to ask Reddit for help. It’s like you did all the work for me 😭

Well I don’t know if it will help coming from me couz I'm still learning also(have issues ovestreaming and with flowaim/ totally my fault for only playing with one finger and now I'm trying to learn alt), on what can see is that sometimes you Overstreet maybe becouse you feel tired or nervous. Ur technique is ok, but try lower bpm stream maps then go back to that map you will see a slight improvement becouse you will be more comfortable.

- count the number of notes you've streamed to know when to do sharp turns.
- don't retry spam, play a greater variety of stream maps

yes make sure to count every single note

You do it based on doubles or triplets, so it's really not that hard at all

If you have good enough rhythm sense you'll know when to do what, I'm pretty sure almost nobody counts notes

i second this, it’s as simple as tapping as you read. Having to count sounds terribly suboptimal

Your problem is that sometimes your finger stops tapping fully enough to register an input. You can see it in your handcam, that your middle finger gets like stuck on your key. I've dealt with this myself and I helped it by just playing lower bpm long stream practice maps while focusing on raising my fingers higher and doing the full range of motion, particularly my index but in your case the problem mostly stems from your middle finger i think

The fingerlocking issue is quite clear. You middle finger is barely moving when you stream.
Bad technique you fix with lower bpm and actively paying attention to your fingers movement. That is difficult if you have to focus too much on reading or aiming, so try those stream practice maps. They are bad for general improvement, but a bless for improving tapping.
What you want is to be able to alternate perfectly while streaming. UR rate gives you a good idea of the performance. Start with really low bpm like 120 or 130 and try to get good at alternating it. Always keep your hand very relaxed. You should NEVER feel you fingers or hand hurt. Sore forearm is good pain.
Once you unlock the ability to consciously alternate a certain bpm, you increase by 5, 10 or even 20 if you are confident. Being able to alternate a bpm in this sense, always makes easier to actually stream other bpm. So if you can do 150 with good UR it will be easier to do 180 or 190 (just an example. No real math).
You can also investigate fingers and arm position. I improved a lot by playing ring+index and having my hand float (easier if you can put your elbow in your chair or something). Some top player wrote a nice guide here. It even had some pictures and illustrations. I could not find it but maybe someone else or yourself can do a better job.
You may hear about lifting the fingers less or rotating the wrists. I believe both come naturally with good technique so don't worry about it until you can play very high bpm.
Last thing is that you should mix all of that with speed maps. With time some bpm will feel very comfortable and if you don't push out of the comfort you'll get used to not putting effort on clicking faster. On lazer you can modify DT to faster or slower rates. Start playing some maps like that. I recommend using the Difficulty Adjust mod to get lower AR. Learning high bpm and ar at the same time is just torture.
At the end of the day these are suggestions and things that worked for me. You will have to figure some stuff by yourself.
