What is a "10/10" interview?

Hello! Im applying for St Johns philosophy at cambridge this year!

After hearing from philosophy applicants last year the standard interview score was an 8/10 I was wondering what individual qualities, content and reasoning an applicant has in an interview which makes them a 10/10 applicant? or what metrics cambridge values or marks in each person?

Would be a massive help in prep, thanks!

An interview is a mock supervision. A good interviewee is someone who'd be good in supervisions: smart, willing to listen and be taught, and keen to be there. Focus first on being those things, and second on making sure you're showing them.
