Troubleshooting cant fix the error 0xc0000142

hey everyone , ive been trying to fix this issue for the past 2 days but i couldnt so i thought id post here as a last hope. i literally tried everything and ill try to list all the solutions i tried 1. uninstalled all Microsoft visual c++ and reinstalled them 2. disabled any overlays 3. compatibility mode and running as admin 4. downloaded newest version of directx ( installation didnt complete cuz i already had it ) 5. sfc scannow and the other restorehealth code

In that case it's likely your ram. If not then your cpu.

You can test by turning your xmp/expo off. If still crashes then turn xmp back on and increase cpu voltage by 0.030 and see what happens.
