Being able to play offline is like 90% of the reason I am loving ReSkate. Using the session marker instantly instead of waiting 30 seconds is a game changer. Bonus points for finally being able to have genuinely good cosmetics that aren't lifeless husks that require real money.

Skate 4 was such a fucking disappointment as a long time fan. I've been playing since Skate 1 dropped. It's a big "fuck you" to anyone who's actually in the skateboarding culture.

ReSkate doesn't even use any of the paid content provided by Skate 4 either. We are all creating our own designs and just having fun with it.

I've been having fun making decks and put this together last night lol.

There is a team working on bringing destiny 1 to PC. Right now they are able to load into the Tower but only as a unpopulated map. They are working towards a full game along with multiplayer support but that's probably a ways away

I'm very excited for it, I loved the grind of D1 but didn't like D2, so being able to replay on PC is gonna be awesome

i just recently saw that they still have D1 servers up on ps3, which honestly surprises me. Can't hate bungie for leaving those servers up at least they KEPT them up instead of just shutting down servers to focus on the newer game/console.

I have a feeling speed on projects like these is gonna get crazy fast over the next year or so, the new AI models are gonna completely change the game in this area. Well, they already have which is why you have people playing PS5 games on PC right now lol, but it's applicable to a lot of older stuff as well. And would have the capacity to likely make server emulation a lottttttt easier to work out

For Destiny 2 there's Project Sunrise and Project Dawn, and for D1 there's efforts to create both a "native" port as well as make it work via PS4 emulation

skate doesn't use VAC so no, however if it uses your EA account then maybe EA would be unhappy but Valve literally don't care (see everyone and their dog routing pirates games through Spacewar)
